Yesterday we were able to do all of our performances. Everyone did very well. The judges were very moved by the trio’s song and really praised them for it and the spirit in which it was sung. Emily had some challengingly hot weather to run in but she did very well taking 6th in the mile.
The judges where very happy with our puppet performances as well, saying they can tell they have had some very good training (thank you Mrs. R)
A full day was followed by an amazing night. The sermon was filled with moments of laughter and shouting as he preached about being a dreamer. As it came to an end the presence of God came down and I am so happy to tell you that as the alter call was given one of our students went forward and was saved! The second call was given to ask God to give you a dream to do great things for Him and every one of our students left their seats
and joined the hundreds of others at the front. God is so good! Nothing in the world can top this kind of joy. We stand in awe of our Heavenly Father and the blessings he is pouring out on us this week.
Today we have been able to enjoy the extra activities the campus offers like bowling. We have had some good laughs over it too.
Tomorrow we pack up and head home around 2:00p.m. We trust you are praying for us and we will see you soon.
